Key Responsibilities
1. Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Develop accurate BOQs for MVAC projects.
Validate quotations and prepare cost analyses.
Support value engineering and alternatives.
Maintain costing databases and benchmarks.
2. Bid & Proposal Management
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Coordinate bid requirements and schedules.
Monitor active bids and submission deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments.
3. Client & Technical Coordination
Respond to client technical queries.
Ensure proposed solutions are practical and aligned with project objectives.
Support proposal negotiations.
Join technical discussions and presentations.
4. Design & Engineering Support
Review design drawings and specifications.
Identify risks, discrepancies, and omissions.
Support development of optimized MVAC solutions.
Coordinate with design engineers.
5. Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor junior personnel.
Monitor workload and project assignments.
Drive continuous process improvement.
Promote compliance with policies and quality standards.
6. Customer Service & Client Support
Provide prompt and accurate client responses.
Coordinate updates on quotations and revisions.
Maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
Build client confidence and support the Sales Team.
Monitor feedback and resolve concerns.
Represent the company in meetings and discussions.
Serve as a professional technical representative during pre-award stages.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer required.
Experience
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in MVAC, MEPF, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Technical Services, or Technical Sales Support.
Proven experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and project cost estimates.
Experience handling commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Working knowledge of:
VRF / VRV Systems.
Water-Cooled and Chilled Water Systems.
Split-Type Air Conditioning Systems.
Airside Systems.
Ventilation Systems.
Smoke Extraction Systems.
Kitchen Exhaust Systems.
Pressurization Systems.
MEPF Coordination.
Software Proficiency
Required:
AutoCAD.
PlanSwift.
Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
Revit / BIM.
Bluebeam.
HAP.
Carrier E20.
Daikin Xpress.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
