Role Overview We are actively hiring a results-driven Trade Sales Professional to lead our regional expansion throughout Cagayan De Oro and the broader area. This position is central to our growth strategy, focusing heavily on provincial market development, distributor management, and strengthening customer relations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food service sectors.
Core Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Accelerate regional sales performance by executing targeted business development strategies across the Bicol market.
- Distributor Partnerships: Manage and optimize provincial distribution networks to guarantee product visibility and steady supply chain movement.
- Account Growth: Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with local food service clients and regional stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Identify untapped FMCG opportunities and open new commercial avenues in assigned provincial zones.
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales & Business Development: Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience combined with 2+ years of active business development.
- F&B Industry Background: At least 2 years in Food and Beverage Services, supported by 1+ year in Food & Beverage Management.
- FMCG Expertise: Proven track record in distributor handling and provincial market penetration.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Legazpi/Bicol commercial landscape.
