Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Review and assess compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Support budgeting and cost control initiatives across departments.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Monitor financial risks associated with food importation and distribution operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
CPA license preferred.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and internal controls.
Background in FMCG industry required.
Experience with food importation processes is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and integrity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month
