Key Responsibilities
Shift Management: Directs daily manufacturing activities and leads production teams to hit Key Performance Measures (KPM).
Process Improvement: Evaluates operational efficiency, troubleshoots bottlenecks, and implements problem-solving strategies.
Team Training: Conducts orientation, mentors line operators, and ensures adherence to company and food safety standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates closely with quality assurance (QA), maintenance, and engineering departments.
Education: Graduate of a 4-year college degree, or technical/vocational course depending on the specific plant line.
Experience: Typically 1 to 2 years of supervisory or manufacturing experience, preferably within flourmilling
Skills: Strong leadership, root cause analysis, and communication abilities.
