Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US Bookkeeper with a strong background in property accounting and finance for US-based clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing accounting-related tasks for real estate or property management businesses and is comfortable working with Yardi Voyager and AppFolio.
This position is ideal for someone who understands US property accounting workflows and can work independently in a night-shift environment supporting US operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US-based property management clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data.
- Handle property-related accounting transactions and documentation.
- Review and reconcile financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work with property accounting systems and maintain organized financial records.
- Use Yardi Voyager Version 1 and Version 2 and AppFolio as part of daily accounting operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients when clarification or additional financial information is required.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in accounting records and assist in resolving them.
- Ensure assigned accounting tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Qualifications
- Direct experience in property accounting and finance for US-based clients is required.
- Hands-on experience using Yardi Voyager Version 1 and Version 2 is required.
- Experience using AppFolio is required.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes within the US property management or real estate environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Degree is not required if the candidate has relevant and substantial experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US property management companies, real estate firms, landlords, or property portfolios.
- Familiarity with other accounting or property management software.
- Experience handling multiple properties or accounts.
- Experience working directly with US-based clients.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work setup
- Twice a week onsite
- Onsite days are not fixed and may vary depending on business requirements.
- Night shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
