JOB DESCRIPTION
At Casa Bella Home & Living Corp., we believe that exceptional spaces are created through thoughtful design, quality furniture, and precise execution. We are looking for a Technical Design Associate specializing in Furniture to provide technical and design support from concept development through installation.
DESIGN & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, details, and quotations for furniture projects.
Review proposed designs and layouts for technical accuracy, feasibility, and completeness.
Provide technical assistance and furniture solutions based on client requirements.
Ensure presentation and working drawings meet company and brand standards.
CLIENT & PROJECT COORDINATION
Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits to clients.
Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and other required project documents.
Coordinate with Sales Designers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project.
Provide timely project updates and address technical concerns.
AFTER-SALES & INSTALLATION
Prepare Gantt Charts, installation folders, and working drawings as needed.
Review orders for technical correctness and completeness.
Attend site meetings and coordinate installation requirements.
Ensure smooth delivery and proper installation of furniture projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Personable, confident, and engaging, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong initiative.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and represent the brand professionally.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
