We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our residential interiors business, covering custom cabinetry, furniture, interior solutions, and other home improvement products.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in interior design, furniture, cabinetry, construction, home improvement, property, or related industries.
Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of the residential interiors / home furnishing market.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Commercially driven, strategic, and highly results-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
