The Digital Marketing & AI Specialist is responsible for generating qualified leads, managing digital marketing activities, supporting the sales pipeline, and using AI and automation to improve Marketing and Sales productivity. The role combines practical digital marketing skills with the ability to create simple AI agents and automated workflows that deliver measurable business results.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, website, and other relevant channels.
· Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, online research, content, landing pages, and other lead-generation activities.
· Manage social media and create marketing content, advertisements, graphics, videos, emails, and campaign materials using AI where appropriate.
· Qualify, segment, and nurture leads, then coordinate qualified opportunities with the Sales team for proper follow-up.
· Monitor leads and opportunities in the CRM and help identify stalled, unattended, or high-potential prospects.
· Use AI for market research, customer insights, content creation, campaign optimization, personalization, and sales support.
· Design and build practical AI agents for activities such as lead generation, qualification, follow-up, content creation, research, and reporting.
· Automate repetitive Marketing and Sales processes using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, or similar platforms.
· Track campaign, lead, pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance; provide Management with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Continuously test new campaigns, channels, AI tools, and automation opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and productivity.
Qualifications
· College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
· Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance/Growth Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a similar role.
· Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, websites, and analytics.
· Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for actual business or marketing work.
· Experience with CRM systems, lead management, sales pipelines, and marketing automation is an advantage.
· Hands-on experience with AI agents, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, or similar automation tools is highly preferred.
· Basic knowledge of JSON, databases, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage but not required.
· Strong analytical, communication, creative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Self-driven, curious about emerging AI technologies, and able to quickly learn and apply new digital tools.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
