JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our furniture product portfolio. This role works closely with suppliers, Sales, Design, and Operations to ensure that our products are competitive, well-positioned, properly priced, and aligned with market and client needs.
PRODUCT & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
* Manage and develop the company’s furniture product portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
* Coordinate product sourcing, specifications, samples, and product development.
* Evaluate products based on quality, design, functionality, availability, and market demand.
* Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, lead times, and other commercial requirements.
PRICING & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
* Develop and maintain competitive product pricing and margins.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to support pricing and product decisions.
* Work with Sales to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
* Provide product knowledge, pricing, and technical support to the Sales team.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP
* Identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing collections.
* Lead product development from concept and sourcing through launch.
* Work closely with Design, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful product implementation.
* Lead and support the Product team in achieving business and product objectives.
* Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
* Experience in the furniture or related industry is highly preferred
* Background in Sales, Product Management, or Business Development is an advantage.
* At least 5 years of experience in supplier management, pricing, negotiation, and product development
* Personable, confident, and engaging, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and decision-making skills.
* Proactive, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
