For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Contract Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will guide the contract management function with a focus on process improvement, supplier agreement oversight, and operational excellence across the organization.
You will partner closely with business and legal stakeholders to strengthen contract lifecycle management, use data and technology to drive smarter decisions, and support broader transformation efforts.
The position also includes leading a team of Contract Managers, setting clear expectations, and developing talent to improve performance and consistency.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $138,900 – $191,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the contract management function
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance contract processes
- Drive enterprise transformation through technology and data-driven decisions
- Coach and mentor a team of Contract Managers
- Establish performance expectations and development pathways for team members
- Oversee complex supplier agreements throughout their lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and legal partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in contract management or related fields
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in the healthcare or managed care industries is preferred
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management platforms like Icertis
