For our client, we are seeking a Security Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.
In this remote role, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of security operations and help strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture. You will coordinate incident response, manage identity and access controls, and partner with internal stakeholders to support remediation, reporting, and continuous improvement across the security function. This position plays a key role in translating security events and assessments into actionable operational follow-through. You will also provide visibility into performance metrics and help ensure security controls are effectively administered in a regulated, fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations activities, including alert review and case tracking.
- Coordinate incident response activities, including triage and documentation.
- Support identity and access management processes, including privileged access controls.
- Coordinate remediation efforts from security assessments and audits.
- Administer and coordinate security tools and operational cybersecurity controls.
- Support third-party security reviews and track remediation commitments.
- Prepare operational metrics and reporting for the Vice President of Cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of cybersecurity or information security experience.
- Experience supporting security operations, IAM, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Preferred experience in a financial institution or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools and cloud security controls.
- Relevant certifications preferred, such as Security+, CISSP, GSEC, or GIAC.
