For our client, we are seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape the strategy, design, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions that improve go-to-market effectiveness and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to identify high-value automation opportunities, measure impact, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams. It is a strong fit for someone who combines program management discipline with an AI-native mindset and a practical approach to scaling business processes.
Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $222,000 – $242,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the GTM AI strategy and roadmap, with a focus on technology and use cases
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows that enhance sales productivity and streamline processes
- Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and connect AI initiatives to results
- Define and maintain frameworks for measuring AI performance metrics such as reliability and business impact
- Implement integrations between Salesforce, other tools, and the company’s data warehouse for AI insights
- Contribute to model and vendor evaluation processes to ensure adaptability in AI tool selection
- Oversee the rollout of AI programs, ensuring clear ownership and training for successful adoption
- Collaborate to establish reusable automation patterns for safe and efficient AI operations
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech companies, or 2-4 years in an AI-focused company
- Experience building and implementing automation systems that enhance productivity or revenue
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows, with a knack for identifying where AI can provide leverage
- Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and connecting insights to business impact
- Strong program management and prioritization skills for managing cross-functional workstreams
- Technical skills are a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- An AI-native mindset with curiosity about the future of revenue operations
