Digital Marketing VA (Remote)
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing VA to support website development, marketing automation, content updates, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Elementor, Canva, and AI-powered tools to turn existing frameworks and concepts into polished, functional digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage marketing automations, landing pages, workflows, and campaigns using GoHighLevel
- Maintain GoHighLevel records, including data entry, notes, statuses, and marketing information
- Build and update WordPress websites using Elementor based on existing templates, frameworks, or design concepts
- Create and format website pages, including About, Team, Services, and other content pages
- Upload and organize website copy, images, graphics, and other digital content while maintaining consistent branding and layout
- Make minor website revisions, design adjustments, and content updates to improve presentation and functionality
- Use AI-generated frameworks from tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to develop functional website pages and digital assets
- Create basic website graphics and visual elements using Canva when needed
- Assist with email marketing, content scheduling, social media management, and digital campaign execution
- Support SEO/SEM, database marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives as assigned
- Assist with Facebook and Google Ads, social media content distribution, and campaign scheduling
- Work with various content formats, including blogs, videos, podcasts, and other digital media
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools
- Experience in digital marketing, website development, or marketing operations
- Ability to follow existing frameworks and independently execute website and marketing projects
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for clean, polished, and visually consistent web content
- Experience with email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, or content management is an advantage
- Experience supporting businesses in financial services, contracting, wellness, or similar industries is a plus
