Responsibilities
- Translate executive direction into actionable project roadmaps, clear tasks, timelines, dependencies, and operational workflows
- Oversee end-to-end launch operations for new brands, offers, webinars, influencer programs, affiliate networks, and lead-generation funnels
- Build multi-channel organic social media growth systems across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including personal branding frameworks
- Establish scalable content operations, recurring promotional campaign cadences, and automated marketing workflows to reduce CEO involvement
- Author, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, and team playbooks to ensure execution consistency
- Conduct strategic research on markets, competitors, and growth opportunities to formulate data-driven campaign recommendations
- Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs and analytics dashboards to evaluate campaign outcomes and refine growth strategies
- Coordinate execution across multi-disciplinary teams, managing accountability, task ownership, and project timelines in ClickUp, Asana, or Notion
- Operate as the primary bridge between executive leadership and execution staff, creating structured systems from incomplete or high-level direction
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in digital marketing operations, growth strategy, project management, and team leadership as an operator or Virtual Assistant
- Proven track record building social media channels, content systems, lead-generation funnels, and brand launches from the ground up
- Advanced proficiency in project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, Slack)
- Strong experience with marketing platforms, including GoHighLevel, CRM databases, email marketing software, webinar tools, and reporting dashboards
- Hands-on command of social media management ecosystems (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), and visual tools like Canva
- Exceptional ability to work independently, manage execution accountability, and organize ambiguous executive direction into systematic processes
