Responsibilities
- Build, design, and maintain a highly professional, mobile-first website and web application tailored for frictionless mobile transactions
- Develop an online direct-to-consumer sales platform modeled after seamless on-demand booking systems, featuring single-option purchasing for Carrier MUHA systems
- Integrate native customer financing options and an interactive booking system for instant checkout, service scheduling, and installation setup
- Create a media upload portal allowing homeowners to upload photographs of current indoor units, outdoor unit locations, and electrical panels, complete with visual example guides
- Develop and maintain an interactive map feature displaying historical job locations and completed local project history
- Build, deploy, and maintain an advanced multi-location local SEO and Map Pack ranking framework to ensure maximum search visibility across all target service cities
- Research competitor strategies—specifically analyzing platforms like Real Work Labs—and implement equivalent or superior operational and mapping features
- Optimize web application architecture, content, and metadata to ensure visibility and search indexing across major AI discovery platforms and search engines
- Publish and maintain ongoing blog content, promotional media, brand assets, and technical updates to preserve brand consistency and search relevance
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency and demonstrated high-level experience in modern web design, front-end development, and complex web app engineering
- Direct experience developing custom e-commerce web applications with integrated payment gateways, third-party financing APIs, and automated scheduling tools
- Deep technical expertise in advanced search engine optimization (SEO), local schema markup, Google Maps optimization, and AI platform discovery standards
- Strong experience building mobile-first user interfaces optimized for mobile conversion rates, user experience, and visual clarity
- Proven ability to construct interactive mapping tools, media upload workflows, and multi-location dynamic landing pages
