Role Description The Head of Ads is a full-time remote role responsible for leading PaidSync.ai’s paid media strategy across all supported ad platforms. This role oversees campaign planning, launch, optimization, and scaling, ensuring clients maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting channel and bidding strategies, reviewing AI-generated campaign changes, approving optimizations, and guiding budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other networks. The Head of Ads will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine AI workflows, improve automation logic, and translate customer feedback into platform enhancements. This role also includes building best-practice playbooks, mentoring a growing ads operations team, and owning performance reporting, experimentation frameworks, and high-impact testing initiatives for PaidSync.ai customers.
Qualifications
- Strong paid media expertise across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major ad platforms.
- Experience with performance marketing strategy, including media planning, budgeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking setups.
- Ability to interpret data, build clear performance reports, run A/B tests, and make data-informed decisions to improve ROI.
- Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring, process design, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering.
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools and automation, with the ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex advertising concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in
