About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our AI Platform team, focusing on the development and enhancement of our proprietary AI engine, Lini. As a Software Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of AI, product development, and engineering, contributing to the creation of scalable, reliable, and innovative AI-powered features within the DiliTrust suite. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining functionalities that leverage large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to improve product capabilities such as Ask Lini, Risk Detector, Document Summarization, and Minute Generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning specialists, product managers, and other engineering squads, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and technical standards. Your expertise will help shape the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of our AI features, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices in software development and AI integration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, especially within B2B SaaS platforms in production environments
- Proven experience owning features end-to-end, from conception to deployment and iteration
- Strong proficiency in Frontend Vue.js 3 and backend development using Node.js or TypeScript
- Solid understanding of web architectures and REST/API design principles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including product, design, ML, or data teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products, especially LLM integration patterns such as RAG, streaming, tool use, and context management, is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Curiosity about AI and machine learning, with a desire to deepen understanding and contribute innovative ideas
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Lini-powered features across the DiliTrust suite, ensuring seamless integration from API to frontend
- Collaborate closely with ML teams, product managers, and other engineering squads to deliver high-impact AI features
- Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions for challenges related to LLM integration, context management, and system scalability
- Write well-tested, documented, and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
- Define and enforce best practices in testing, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and overall software quality
- Identify cross-team dependencies early, contribute to resolving blockers, and facilitate smooth project progress
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of LLM patterns and AI product design, bringing relevant insights into team discussions
- Engage with product design, user needs, and AI design questions to ensure solutions are both technically sound and user-centric
