As we continue to expand our presence in the UAE, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our growing team and play a key role in our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, builders, developers, and referral partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and market outreach.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage and lending solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer consultation to loan approval and disbursement.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on available lending products, market trends, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of UAE sales experience in any of the following areas:
- Financial Services Sales
- Banking Sales
- Mortgage Sales
- Loan Sales
- Credit Card Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Direct/Hardcore Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to work toward and achieve targets.
- Passion for sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
