Position - Business Manager (Sales + Interior Design)

We’re looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Manager – Sales plus Interior Designing to lead our Sales & Design teams and drive business growth in the interior design sector.If you’re passionate about sales leadership, design excellence, and team building, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sales & Design teams in coordination with Sales Operations
- Plan and manage sales budgets, targets, and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure accurate sales forecasts
- Understand customer behavior, anticipate needs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports and insights to leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales & design professionals
- Oversee delivery of 12–15 interior design projects per month
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing design projects or relevant coursework
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies
