Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company provided channels.
3. Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
6. Stay updated on market trends and property launches across Dubai.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
2. Previous experience in real estate sales is mandatory (Minimum 8 months in UAE real estate sales)
3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed.
5. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
6. UAE Driving License and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
