Job Description:
- Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality and delivery

- Manage and maintain production tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure smooth production

- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and equipment

- Involve in engineering activities, including documentation updates and process

- Cycle time studies, line balancing, and productivity improvement projects
- Update and maintain MES system data, process models, and Work Instruction (WI)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and product procedures
- Conduct induction, orientation, and OJT for Production Operators and Technicians
- Deliver technical and hands-on training on production processes, equipment, and
- manufacturing systems
- Evaluate and certify personnel competency to meet production and quality requirements
- Maintain training records, competency certifications and skill matrix
- Promote quality, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production area
- Monitor training effectiveness through competency assessments and periodic evaluations
Requirements:
- Have experience in manufacturing industry, advantages if possess experience and
- knowledge of assembly techniques, crimping standards, pull-force testing, IPC/workmanship
- standards, and visual inspection methods.
- Capability to use ERP system, experience with SAP will be an added advantages
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is added advantages
- Must possess at least at least professional certificate, diploma or
- advanced/higher/graduated diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
