- Operate, monitor, and adjust production line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Set up machines before production runs and perform basic troubleshooting during operation
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any defects or deviations
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available and used efficiently
- Record production output, machine downtime, and material usage accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S / GMP standards)
- Collaborate with team leaders and other operators to meet daily production targets
- Support changeover activities and assist with line clearance when required
- Comply with company policies on health, safety, and environment (HSE)
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a machine/production operator in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifts (day/night rotation, if applicable)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work under supervision
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
