Role Overview
We are hiring a Production Operator for a well-established packaging manufacturing company based in Rawang, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and following workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain machinery used to cut, glue, and print carton boxes.
- Inspect finished carton boxes to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic lubrication of production equipment.
- Follow production procedures, workplace safety regulations, and company guidelines.
- Support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Previous experience in carton manufacturing or packaging production is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
- Malaysian nationality.
Job Details
- Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
- Basic Salary: RM1,700
- Benefits: Annual Leave, OT, Clinic Allowance & other standard benefits
- Leave: 12 days
