Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing packaging manufacturing company in Rawang, Selangor. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting carton packaging solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Promote carton packaging solutions according to customer needs.
- Prepare and provide quotations to customers.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in carton sales or the packaging industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.

Work Location: In person
