The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic Cloud & Data Engineering squad. In this role, you will be crucial in modernizing legacy enterprise systems, building robust backends with Java, and crafting highly responsive, data-intensive user interfaces using the Nexacro platform.
What You Will Do
- UI/Frontend Engineering: Utilize the Nexacro Platform to build dynamic frontend applications. Implement asynchronous transaction calls, dataset handling, and complex form/grid management.
- Backend & Microservices: Architect and maintain backend services using the Java Spring Boot framework. Design RESTful APIs, manage database integrations, and support microservices architectures.
- Legacy Modernization: Drive the successful technical migration of legacy Java JSP-based systems over to the modern Nexacro ecosystem.
- Real-time Data Synchronization: Apply WinForm-style two-way data binding techniques to ensure real-time, flawless synchronization between data sources and UI components.
- Security & Server Deployment: Manage strict session-based authentication protocols (including SessionID lifecycle and cross-request propagation). Configure and deploy applications across major web servers (Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic).
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work within modern CI/CD pipelines using Git version control. Solve complex technical challenges while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Overall Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in Fullstack, Frontend, or Backend software development.
- Nexacro Expertise: A minimum of 1+ year of direct, practical experience working with the Nexacro Platform.
- JavaScript Proficiency: Solid command of JS (ES5/ES6+), fully grasping closures, callbacks, and event-driven programming that aligns with the Nexacro runtime.
- Domain Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with enterprise Insurance workflows (such as claims processing, underwriting, and policy management) is highly advantageous.
- Education & Soft Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills.
