The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to head our Mobility Delivery and Program Management division. In this executive-level role, you will hold ultimate accountability for the successful execution of complex digital engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, and OT/IT integration engagements within the Mobility sector. You will act as the linchpin for delivery excellence, driving financial performance, cultivating elite engineering teams, and partnering directly with account leadership to rapidly scale our business footprint.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Executive Delivery & Governance: Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-team mobility programs. Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, financial budgets, and uncompromising quality standards. Establish robust frameworks for delivery governance, risk mitigation, and rapid escalation management.
- Performance & Operational Excellence: Rigorously monitor and optimize core KPIs, including operational productivity, cost-efficiency, project margins, and overall Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Champion the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and continuous improvement loops.
- Stakeholder & Client Partnership: Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with C-level client sponsors, global business stakeholders, and internal executives. Lead high-stakes program reviews and executive steering committees.
- Team Leadership & Capability Growth: Assemble, mentor, and lead elite, cross-functional delivery pods (comprising Project Managers, Solution Architects, QA, BAs, and SMEs). Provide strategic coaching to mid-level delivery managers on advanced execution frameworks.
- Methodology Mastery: Drive flawless project execution navigating seamlessly across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid software delivery models.
Executive Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 15+ years of progressive career experience in software delivery, engineering leadership, and enterprise program management.
- Leadership Pedigree: A minimum of 5+ years serving in senior delivery leadership capacities, with a proven track record of steering massive, globally distributed delivery programs.
- Domain Expertise: Deep industry knowledge within Mobility, Railway, Transportation, Industrial IoT, OT/IT integration, or Smart Infrastructure sectors.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. (A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional executive presence, supreme stakeholder management capabilities, and the strategic foresight to expand existing accounts.
