Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a proactive IT Business Systems Analyst to act as the vital link connecting our strategic business goals with technical execution. Your primary focus will be to decipher complex client requirements, translate them into actionable engineering blueprints, and champion the seamless delivery of high-impact software projects.
Core Duties
- Requirement Elicitation: Partner closely with key domain stakeholders to extract, analyze, and formally document business needs through comprehensive user stories and use cases.
- Technical Blueprinting: Convert abstract business concepts into highly detailed functional specifications, design documents, and technical roadmaps for the engineering teams.
- System Feasibility & Impact: Execute gap analyses and impact assessments to evaluate the feasibility of new feature integrations and system upgrades.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central communication hub among project managers, business users, and software developers to ensure all architectural guidelines are strictly met.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Co-design test plans, oversee test execution, and provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee defect-free, high-quality deliverables.
- Process Enhancement: Actively contribute to refining our internal business analysis frameworks while staying updated on the latest industry trends and product ecosystems.
What You Bring to the Table
- Professional Background: 3+ years of hands-on experience operating as an IT Business Analyst. (Prior exposure to industrial systems, railway, or transportation sectors is highly advantageous).
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is required to effectively engage with cross-border technical teams and international domain experts.
- Analytical Capabilities: High-level proficiency in creating functional documentation (e.g., SRS, system flows, and use cases).
- Technical Acumen: Strong conceptual knowledge of system integrations and interfaces. You must be able to read, interpret, and assess the impact of Interface Control Documents (ICDs), even if you don't design them from scratch.
- Bonus Qualifications: Proven experience navigating complex, multi-system migration environments will give you a significant edge.
