Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst (Enterprise IoT & Integration)

The Opportunity
We are searching for a high-performing Senior IT Business Analyst to serve as the critical conduit between strategic business objectives and complex software engineering execution. In this senior capacity, you will dissect intricate business requirements, architect precise technical blueprints, and champion the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IoT and software initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Requirements Engineering: Proactively engage with cross-functional stakeholders to extract, evaluate, and formally document comprehensive business needs, translating them into detailed use cases and user stories.
- Technical Translation: Act as the bridge by converting high-level business goals into rigorous technical/functional specifications and robust design documents.
- System Impact Analysis: Lead feasibility studies, conduct deep gap analyses, and assess the technical impact of rolling out new platform features or system integrations.
- Development Synergy: Partner seamlessly with architecture and engineering squads, ensuring all technical deliverables strictly adhere to predefined business targets and architectural frameworks.
- Quality & Testing Governance: Drive the quality assurance lifecycle. Help architect test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guide the resolution of system defects.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and elevate our internal business analysis methodologies while staying ahead of emerging industry trends and product evolutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 3+ years of proven success as an IT Business Analyst. (Candidates with a background in complex domains like railway, transportation, or industrial IoT systems will be given high priority).
- Communication: Exceptional English fluency. You must be highly confident in steering technical discussions and presenting to international domain stakeholders.
- Analytical Prowess: Deep expertise in functional analysis and crafting technical documentation (e.g., SRS, process workflows, use cases).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid conceptual grasp of system integrations and interface architecture. (You are not expected to design Interface Control Documents [ICDs] from scratch, but you must be fully capable of interpreting them and analyzing cross-system impacts).
- Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience navigating multi-system environments or leading complex data migration projects is a strong advantage.
