Role Summary
We are seeking a Google Ads Management & Performance Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns, improving campaign performance, generating quality leads and ensuring efficient utilization of advertising budgets.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
- Build and structure Search campaigns according to business objectives.
- Research keywords, competitors and target audiences.
- Optimize keywords, bids, budgets and targeting.
- Write and test high-performing ad copies.
- Monitor search terms and add relevant negative keywords.
- Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate and CPA.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion performance.
- Conduct campaign testing and performance experiments.
- Analyze landing-page performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain regular campaign reports and dashboards.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Keep up with Google Ads updates, trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, content, design and web teams for better campaign performance.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEM and paid digital marketing.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Campaign setup and optimization.
- Budget and bid management.
- Ad copy optimization and A/B testing.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign KPIs.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Google Ads, PPC, SEM, Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Display Ads, Remarketing and conversion tracking will be an added advantage.
