We are looking for a competent Tradesman mainly to install vinyl flooring and carpet tiles, but also install other floor coverings. You will engage with clients, construction managers and property managers. You will organise and plan installations and carry out accurate measures. You will on occasions be required to assist in the installation of other floor and wall finishes.
Job Skills & Qualification:
Good command of the English language for telephone and face to face conversations
Basic written English to complete site safety paperwork ie S.P.A
Experience as a carpet and vinyl fitter or floor layer
Taking measurements
Dependable with a strong work ethic and provide high quality finishes
Maintain company tools and equipment to a high standard and keep secured at all times.
Capable of reading drawings
