Position Summary
Our US Based client is seeking a production-focused Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality marketing and proposal materials that align with our established brand standards and templates. This role supports visual communications across proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, recruiting materials, digital marketing, and other business development initiatives.
Working from direction, templates, and brand guidelines provided by the marketing team, the Graphic Designer produces clean, consistent, professional visuals on deadline. This is a hands-on production role focused on quality, consistency, and fast turnaround.
This is a fully remote, full-time position based in the Philippines, supporting DJ&A’s U.S.-based marketing team (Montana headquarters). Because the team works in U.S. Mountain Time, this is a night-shift role:
- Standard schedule: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time
- During U.S. Standard Time (Nov–Mar): 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time
- Monday through Friday, observing the U.S. holiday calendar
Essential Responsibilities
Production and Design
- Produce graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertising, recruiting, website content, and internal communications.
- Assemble, update, and format infographics, diagrams, maps, and data visualizations using established styles and templates.
- Format, update, and revise proposals, SOQs, resumes, cut sheets, and presentations in accordance with templates for brand compliance.
- Edit images for use across materials.
- Apply brand standards consistently across all deliverables.
- Utilize and maintain templates, layouts, and branded assets to ensure consistency.
- Turn around requested revisions during the overlap window and stage completed files with clear handoff notes for the U.S. team’s next business day.
File and Asset Management
- Organize and maintain project files and the visual asset library (photography, graphics, icons, branded resources).
- Keep template files and reusable graphics current and properly filed.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design or related production experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Canva.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Practical experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, drafting, editing, and content management. This role requires an AI power user who actively leverages AI to elevate proposal graphics/layout speed and quality.
- Ability to produce accurate, consistent work aligned with templates and brand standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work the overnight schedule consistently, with reliable communication during those hours.
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency for daily collaboration.
- Dedicated, private office environment with reliable high-speed internet and a computer capable of running Adobe Creative Cloud.

- Experience formatting proposals, business development materials, or qualifications packages.
- Experience producing infographics, technical illustrations, maps, and data visualizations.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
