Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications, prepare loan files for underwriting, and communicating with borrowers and loan officers throughout the loan approval process. Must be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with people
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage processing an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in data encoding and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can work on-site in our office here in Ortigas
- Willing to work on nightshift schedule in case a business need arises.
Responsibilities
- Gather and verify loan application documentation: This includes tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, assets, salaries, debts and employment status and other financial documents to fill in information for the loan application.
- Evaluate credit histories and analyze credit reports and debt-to-income ratios: Assess the borrower's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loan.
- Prepare loan files for underwriting: Organize and package all required documentation for underwriter review.
- Obtain any missing or incomplete documentation: Work with borrowers to gather any additional information needed for loan approval.
- Track loan processing timelines: Ensure all deadlines are met to keep the loan on track for closing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Research and correct mistakes in applications for clients
- Review file documentation for missing or erroneous information
- Assist Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
