Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will plan, organize, implement and direct a program of total preventative and predictive plant maintenance operations and ensure facilities and equipment is maintained to produce world class product
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct maintenance associates to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize repairs and projects based on production needs.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate maintenance priorities, issues, and status updates to leadership and plant personnel.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving PLCs, ladder logic, robotic interfaces, and related systems.
- Work with vendors and contractors on maintenance projects and equipment repairs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, training, and development to maintenance associates.
- Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain required maintenance and employee documentation.
- Promote and enforce all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
- Support plant quality, environmental, and operational goals.
- Step in for maintenance leadership when needed and perform hands-on maintenance duties as required.
- Adjust work schedules or shifts as necessary to support business and production needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of maintenance associates and assigned maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or higher in a related technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, robotic interfaces, and industrial maintenance systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computers and common business applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, specifications, and business documents.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Manufacturing maintenance supervision: 5 years (Required)
