- Lead the build of heat-treating furnaces and related handling equipment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal design team members, external customers, and suppliers, guiding projects from initial contact through start-up and completion.
- Travel domestically to perform equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and final testing.
- Utilize a strong background in systems integration to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Apply knowledge of heat theory, manufacturing guides, and combustion theories, including familiarity with burner systems and PLCs.
- Operate as a self-starter, managing time and resources effectively to execute field service duties independently
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience preferably with heavy industrial machinery.
- Demonstrable expertise in the integration and troubleshooting of combined electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively with design teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Must be open to 20-25% domestic travel
- Relevant technical degree or certification preferred.
