About The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join Oracle's dynamic team, focusing on enhancing business visibility and streamlining reporting processes. This role is pivotal in centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields.

- Exceptional proactive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- High ownership mentality with a strong bias for action and problem-solving.
- Experience working with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products.

Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.
- Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.
- Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.
