What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
(OR high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)
- 2+ years of experience with manufacturing equipment installation
- Proven project management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery
What You’ll Do as a Capacity Project Engineer – Installation:
- Lead capital equipment installations from pre-delivery to completion, following the full management of change process
- Ensure safe and compliant installations through adherence to EHS and quality processes
- Collaborate with EHS, facilities, and operations teams across the Global Supply Chain
- Resolve engineering challenges and adapt facility infrastructure as needed
- Manage timelines and escalate risks to ensure fulfillment goals are met
