Recruiter – High-Volume Manufacturing Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to support our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by delivering top talent across manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and relationship management — especially within manufacturing environments. Experience recruiting for skilled labor and corporate roles within a manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume manufacturing and professional hiring needs
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Build strong pipelines of skilled manufacturing candidates using proactive recruiting methods
- Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Recruit, screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client teams
- Prepare candidates and hiring teams for interviews to ensure a best-in-class experience
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Extend and negotiate offers, close candidates, and confirm start details
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity tracking and reporting
- Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and delivery

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Assertive, outgoing, and relationship-focused personality
Preferred
- Recruiting experience within manufacturing environments
- Automotive manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Print manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience supporting industrial, skilled trades, or production hiring initiatives

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment with occasional visits to client manufacturing facilities. Work environments may include:
- Industrial manufacturing settings
- Non-temperature-controlled facilities
- GMP or clean-room environments
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift 5–20 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday
Travel
This role will require light travel during the training period (1 - 3 trips, 1-2 nights each maximum). Long-term, expect approximately 0-5% travel.

Compensation/Pay Transparency
This role is compensated with a base salary (50-55k annually) and is eligible to participate in our uncapped commission plan. Year one OTE is typically between 75k - 90k.
