Role Description The System Analyst role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on evaluating, designing, and improving IT systems that support business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping workflows, and translating them into technical specifications for development and operations teams. The System Analyst will troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve problems, and document system configurations and processes. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, conduct system testing, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of software, databases, integrations, and infrastructure concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting system and application issues, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams and the ability to manage tasks independently with strong time-management skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies and basic understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is beneficial.
