# (Senior) Consultant Data & Analytics
## About the Role
As a **(Senior) Consultant Data & Analytics**, you will drive the digital transformation of clients at the intersection of **business, data, and technology**. You will develop practical **Data, Analytics, and AI strategies**, lead implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help clients strengthen their data literacy.
The role combines strategic consulting, project leadership, stakeholder management, and direct client engagement in Switzerland. You will work closely with software engineers, IT architects, business stakeholders, and decision-makers while contributing to offerings and thought leadership in **Data & AI**.
## Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients at the intersection of **Business, Data & Technology**.
- Develop and lead the implementation of **Data & Analytics and AI strategies**.
- Coordinate business and technology teams during implementations.
- Lead large conceptual and technical projects for strategically important clients.
- Work closely with software engineers, IT architects, and stakeholders.
- Strengthen client **Data Literacy** through training and change management.
- Develop content including **whitepapers, proposals, and presentations**.
- Evaluate data and AI trends and translate them into relevant client opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the company's **Data & AI service offering**.
- Take independent responsibility for initiatives and deliverables.
- Support **pre-sales and sales** activities to further develop the service portfolio.
- Conduct workshops and presentations using strong storytelling.

## Required Qualifications
- University or University of Applied Sciences degree with a **quantitative focus**.
- **At least 5 years of professional experience**.
- Understanding of **Data & AI fundamentals**, including:
- Data models
- Data governance
- Machine learning (ML)
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- Knowledge of common **Data & Analytics tools** and their areas of application.
- Experience in **pre-sales and sales** related to developing service offerings.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong conceptual, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing stakeholder groups, including **C-level stakeholders**.
- Strong storytelling skills for workshops and presentations.
- Ability to take responsibility and work collaboratively within a feedback-oriented culture.
- German and English language skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in **consulting** or data-driven transformation programs, ideally within the **financial industry**.
- Experience with data preparation and visualization tools such as:
- Power BI
- Delta Lake

- Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with **Claude AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot**, or similar AI tools.
