We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation seeking an experienced Lead – Digital Performance & Growth professional to join a high-impact team responsible for driving commercial performance through digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, strategy, and stakeholder engagement to influence business decisions at scale.
You will own commercial performance reporting, identify growth opportunities, optimise digital funnels, and provide actionable insights that shape business priorities across international teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and enhancing commercial performance reporting.
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Delivering insights that drive growth and business impact.
- Influencing stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Data, and Operations teams.
- Supporting prioritisation of strategic initiatives.
- Developing measurement frameworks and tracking success metrics.
- Leading complex projects with global visibility.
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics, commercial performance, growth, or digital strategy roles.
- Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Understanding of digital channels and customer journeys.
- Ability to influence decision-making through insights.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations.
- SQL or querying experience is advantageous.
