About The Role
We are excited to offer a part-time opportunity as a Receptionist at Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers. This role is specifically for weekends, working Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
In this position, you will be the welcoming face of our community, responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting all visitors, providing direction as needed
- Offering administrative support, including accounts and general office/reception duties
- Ensuring a hospitable and helpful service to residents, relatives, visitors, and staff
- Answering incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Assisting residents and visitors with general inquiries
- Collaborating closely with and supporting your colleagues
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, we are looking for someone with:
- Strong empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
