About The Role
We are currently seeking a Baker to join our Woolworths New Zealand team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to advance their bakery career. As a Baker, you will be part of the most aromatic department in the store, where you can express your creativity and passion for baking.
In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Prepare and bake high-quality cakes and breads for the department
- Promote Health and Safety as well as Food Safety practices to ensure excellent customer service in our bakery
- Train, develop, and supervise apprentices and team members within the Bakery Department
About You
We are looking for a Baker who possesses:
- Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge in baking
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to flexible working conditions
