About The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage and maintain the process flow for an assigned workstream. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Team Leader and your team to enhance efficiency and ensure that processes are completed without interruption, adhering strictly to established guidelines.

What You Will Do

Process Management and Order Fulfillment: You will follow defined routines to ensure timely and accurate completion of processes, guaranteeing that online orders are correctly picked and that the quality of fresh food meets our high standards.

Team Leadership and Supervision: You will lead your team to ensure that work is completed accurately, provide on-the-job training and coaching, and take on the responsibilities of Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts.

Issue Resolution and Escalation: You will identify processes that may be problematic and promptly escalate these issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.

Safety and Wellbeing Advocacy: You will promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing the wellbeing of your team.

Collaboration and Communication: You will actively participate in initiatives that foster team collaboration and communication, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

What You Will Bring

Process Excellence and Learning: A demonstrated ability in process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

Collaborative Partnerships: You should excel at building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with various functions and stakeholders.

Effective Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members is crucial.

Compliance Expertise and Communication: You will need to possess strong knowledge of compliance within your function and have exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards.

Values-Aligned Behavior: Your actions should consistently reflect our company values.

Availability: You must be able to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening each week.
