2. About the Opportunity:
The Team Manager, Global Client Delivery is responsible for leading a regional team within the Central Labs Services division. This role ensures effective team performance and client satisfaction by managing project delivery, coordinating global client interactions, and implementing strategies that drive quality and continuous improvement.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned client team members
- Develop team members through succession and individual development planning
- Oversee study milestones and communicate proactively with clients
- Apply best practices in budget and risk management
- Monitor progress to achieve project management goals
- Consult with clients to understand needs and define success
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity
- Track and resolve client escalations and service failures
- Collaborate across functions and global teams to optimize client delivery
4. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field
- Preferred: 1 year experience in Central Laboratory Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and teamwork commitment
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Skills in planning, problem solving, and organizational execution
- Experience in continuous improvement, change management, and conflict resolution
- Proven delivery of complex projects on time and to quality standards
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $105,000 to $130,000
- Eligibility for annual bonus based on corporate and individual performance
