About the Opportunity:

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer management. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, assess candidate qualifications and fit, and support timely hiring decisions. The position also ensures recruitment activities comply with applicable legal requirements and organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates and build strong talent pipelines for open positions.

• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct interviews, and facilitate job offers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver quality hires within established timelines.

• Pre-screen candidates for full-time positions, evaluating qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Prepare salary offers in collaboration with Compensation and HR partners.

• Maintain compliance with applicable hiring laws, regulations, and company policies while advising and coaching hiring managers.

• Track recruiting activity and progress through Applicant Tracking Systems to meet hiring goals and performance targets.

• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support current and future workforce needs.

• Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve talent acquisition outcomes.

• Provide consultative guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of recruiting experience, master’s degree with at least 2 years of recruiting experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• 2–4 years of corporate recruiting and sourcing experience.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholder groups.

• Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Experience with HR applications, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

• Experience recruiting for Engineering or IT positions preferred.

• Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range of $76,500–$141,500 in certain states and metropolitan areas.

• Salary range of $67,000–$124,000 in other locations.

• Final compensation will vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
