2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Engineer on the Security Operations and Compliance team will design and deploy AI-driven infrastructure solutions to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency across cloud and on-premises environments. This role contributes by developing automation and AI-enabled tools that maintain critical systems' resilience and security, supporting enterprise-wide compliance and operational workflows.
3. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions and automation to resolve infrastructure challenges responsibly
- Automate vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, and governance using enterprise AI tools
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to guide solution design and innovation
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs using React, FastAPI, and Python
- Create infrastructure-as-code and configuration management scripts using Terraform, Chef, and GitHub
- Collaborate with security, platform engineering, cloud operations, and compliance teams to automate security standards and workflows
4. Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure deployment tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Ansible
- 1+ years developing RESTful APIs and web applications using frameworks like FastAPI, React, Node.js, or Django
- 1+ years using software engineering best practices, Git version control, and automated CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML integrations and intelligent automations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and large language model frameworks
- Knowledge of infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with multi-OS environments including Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on experience and full-time employment
- Compensation includes benefits, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility
