2. About the Opportunity:
The Event Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of corporate sponsorships, client engagement, and sales marketing events. This role ensures events are managed efficiently and professionally, facilitating smooth logistics, attendee communications, and coordination across marketing and sales teams. The position contributes directly to client engagement and relationship-building through well-executed events.
3. Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of client engagement events, sales marketing programs, and corporate sponsorships.
• Assist with event logistics, including timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Partner with senior event management to deliver events on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage event RSVPs, registrations, waitlists, and attendee tracking.
• Handle event communications such as invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate attendee data to ensure seamless event experiences.
• Support sales teams in client engagement events to strengthen relationships and impact pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales on guest lists, outreach timing, and event objectives.
• Represent the program professionally at events, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Utilize event management software and CRM systems for registration, communication, and reporting.
• Assist with post-event reporting to measure effectiveness.
• Manage merchandise logistics, including vendor sourcing, inventory tracking, and shipments.
• Provide marketing administrative support, including timeline tracking, document management, and approvals.
• Maintain organized records for events, budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Support additional marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with event management platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Service-oriented mindset with passion for creating quality event experiences.
• Willingness to support on-site events and occasional travel.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range from $80,000 to $90,000, adjusted based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
