We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for a large national retail organization. This recruiter will partner directly with store leadership to help identify, attract, and hire seasonal talent across multiple retail locations during the busy holiday hiring season.
This is a fast-paced recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume hiring, working directly with hiring managers, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and driving candidates quickly through the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with store leaders and hiring managers to understand seasonal staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage high-volume recruiting for seasonal retail positions across multiple store locations.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements and store needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with store leadership regarding candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and outstanding needs.
- Proactively identify sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines in markets with challenging hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-up, offers, and other steps throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage a high volume of open positions and candidates while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and remaining openings.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Partner with internal HR and recruiting teams to meet seasonal hiring goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume, retail, hospitality, customer service, call center, staffing, or other hourly hiring environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruiting environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Experience working within an ATS and other recruiting/sourcing platforms.
- Retail recruiting or seasonal hiring experience is highly preferred.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Contract / Seasonal
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Work Environment: Hybrid preferred, with approximately three days per week onsite; additional flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
