As a Workerbee, you help employers solve complex problems and bring real value to clients through hands-on expertise in enterprise account research, multithreaded outreach, and pipeline development.
What our customers need help with
- Research enterprise accounts, map buying committees, and find entry points for new conversations
- Run multithreaded outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn into large, complex organizations
- Partner with field sales on account plans, territory strategy, and opportunity handoff
- Track account activity, engagement history, and next steps so pipeline data stays reliable
- Support event follow-up, account-based campaigns, and executive outreach programs
What stands out amongst top talent
- 3+ years of business development experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
- Ability to hold a business conversation with directors, VPs, and executive buyers
- Experience with account-based tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Strong written outreach that earns replies without reading like a template
- Familiarity with long sales cycles, procurement, and multi-stakeholder decisions
