- Serve as the functional SME, leading knowledge sessions for customer administrators
- Provide best practice recommendations across configuration, workflows, and system adoption
- Strategize on solutions for configuration and process challenges alongside customer stakeholders
- Produce clear documentation and training that equips teams to run the platform independently
What Stands Out Among Top Talent
- 5+ years of UKG experience, including complete full-cycle UKG Ready implementations
- End-to-end module experience across HR (Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning, Benefits, COBRA, ACA), Payroll Services, Time (Accruals, Attestation, LOA/Leave), Scheduler, and People Insights
- Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications: Time (required), with HR and Payroll certifications strongly preferred
- Experience serving public sector customers
